Komen® Austin offers hundreds of volunteer opportunities each year for the Komen Austin Race for the Cure®, special events, office assistance, fundraising, education, public relations, public policy, community outreach, finance and much more! Volunteer orientations are offered periodically throughout the year and Komen Austin welcomes you to attend to learn more about the Komen promise, Komen Austin, volunteer needs and much more! Komen Austin is actively recruiting volunteers in the following counties: Travis, Williamson, Hays, Caldwell and Bastrop. Whether you are looking for a year-round commitment or a one-time event, the Komen Austin has a place for you.

Immediate Need

 Office Volunteer

Do you have 4 hours a week to help make an impact on breast cancer in our local community? If so, we’d love to have you join our team as a Volunteer Office Assistant. You’ll get to know the staff, meet some amazing advocates and contribute your time and talents to moving the mission forward.

 Grants Committee Volunteers (2-3 openings)

Purpose: To oversee the grant making program in support of Susan G. Komen for the Cure’s promise to end breast cancer forever.
