Community Grant Funding Opportunities
In September, Komen Austin issues a Request for Application (RFA) to organizations that provide breast health and breast cancer programs in the Greater Austin area. Grant proposals are due to Komen Austin in November. Our Grants Review Panel, which includes health professionals, community representatives, and breast cancer survivors, reviews all proposals and makes recommendations to the Komen Austin Board of Directors. The Board makes the final determination of which programs will receive grants. Grants are awarded April 1.
The Austin Affiliate is now accepting Community Grant applications for the 2012 funding cycle. Application documents include 2012 Request for Application (RFA); 2012 RFA Budget Form; and 2012 Project Work Plan.
