Thanks to the year-round support of donors, advocates and volunteers - Komen Austin is able to provide FREE breast health services to uninsured and low-income individuals in Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Travis and Williamson counties through its community grants program. Community grants are awarded each April to local nonprofit healthcare organizations that can deliver services that cover the continuum of care, including breast cancer screening, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care and meet the greatest community need(s) identified through Komen Austin's community needs assesment.
